Job Description
We are 24/7 DCT, currently in search of a highly skilled Senior Accountant with extensive knowledge in U.S. accounting practices, payroll processing, and taxation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, leadership capabilities, and significant experience in managing a finance department. This role requires overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring payroll compliance with U.S. tax laws, and providing guidance to the team during U.S. business hours (night shift).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle U.S. accounting operations.
- Manage U.S. payroll processing and tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. taxation regulations.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
