Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Manager in implementing best practices.
- Maintain precise employee records within our online system.
- Establish and manage an organized filing system.
- Assist employees and candidates with inquiries about payroll and benefits.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing communications.
- Schedule interviews and manage calendars effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all internal employees.
Requirements:
