Job Description
Prime BPO is on the lookout for skilled Quality Assurance Executives (QA) with exceptional verbal communication abilities to support our international projects and campaigns.
Salary: 45,00 PKR per month, in addition to attractive bonuses and incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct real-time call monitoring and present trend data to management.
- Assess daily performance of customer-service departments.
- Attain active participation in QA meetings and training sessions.
- Organize and facilitate calibration sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
- Willingness to work night shifts is essential.
