Job Description
International Skills Academy, Pakistan’s premier Skills Training Academy, is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Customer Care Representative (CCR) to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this position, you will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, provide precise course information, and play a key role in converting inquiries into enrollments. We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills to enhance our customer service experience.
Job Details: Full-Time (On-Site), working hours are 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. Salary ranges from PKR 35,00 to 40,00, plus commission.
