We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant / Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Lahore. This pivotal role involves assisting with HR and recruitment functions, including day-to-day administrative tasks and candidate management.
Key responsibilities encompass reviewing applications, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records to ensure a seamless hiring process.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu are essential.
