Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of riders.
- Maintain daily delivery records.
- Oversee inventory management as required.
- Distribute workloads among Riders and Order Packers.
- Manage cash handling and bank deposits.
- Provide daily reports to the Hub In-charge & Headquarters.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a 3PL company, including team leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Compensation: Rs 45,00.00 – Rs 50,00.00 per month.
