Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated L1/L2 Support Engineer to deliver top-tier technical support, ensuring our software applications and systems operate seamlessly. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in supporting Azure and .NET environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and technical issues reported by users.
- Provide technical assistance through multiple channels.
- Monitor systems to proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis to implement permanent fixes.
- Collaborate effectively with development and operations teams.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing service delivery.
Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical support, specifically with Azure and .NET.
- AZ-104 and AZ-500 certifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
