Job Description
Chisty Law Chambers is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telemarketing Executive to oversee both inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will assist customers, deliver accurate product information, and contribute to sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls for sales and follow-up activities.
- Manage inbound calls in a professional manner.
- Provide precise product information to customers.
- Maintain and update CRM records.
- Achieve call targets consistently.
Requirements: A high school diploma; prior experience is advantageous; and exceptional communication skills are essential.
