Job Description

AWT Investments is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) Executive to manage both inbound and outbound calls. Inbound responsibilities involve addressing customer inquiries, delivering product information, and resolving issues with efficiency and professionalism. Outbound duties will focus on executing promotional campaigns and conducting surveys. The ideal candidate will exhibit a commitment to providing high-quality customer support.

Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate records within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. For outbound initiatives, you will engage with customers to promote products, track leads, and meet targets related to call volumes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, along with prior experience in customer service preferred.
