Job Description
TransLinguist is actively seeking a motivated Project Management Assistant to become an essential part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee multiple localization projects, ensuring their successful planning, execution, and quality assurance. Key responsibilities include collaborating with sales staff, negotiating with vendors, managing project budgets, and preparing essential documentation. Effective communication with stakeholders is crucial for success in this position.
To be considered, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, demonstrate exceptional oral and written English skills, and have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and strong attention to detail are required. Experience in translation and localization project management is highly preferred.
