Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to assist our Retail Store Manager in daily operations and strategic initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining customers. Key responsibilities include coordinating customer service efforts, supervising staff, monitoring operating costs, maintaining inventory, and evaluating employee performance.
The ideal candidate will be between 25 and 35 years of age, hold at least an intermediate degree, and possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Personal convenience is also a requirement for this role.
