Job Description
We are seeking a professional Night-Shift CSR to handle inbound and outbound U.S. calls promoting auto insurance, qualifying leads, and closing or transferring prospects. Key responsibilities include phone sales, lead generation, meeting performance targets, and maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Required: excellent verbal and written English, strong interpersonal skills, polite, punctual, disciplined, and eager to learn.
- We provide comprehensive training, a supportive work environment, performance incentives, and a competitive base salary of Rs 40,00–65,00/month.
