Job Description
Redcube Technologies LLC seeks a professional Customer Support Executive to manage international customer interactions (phone, email, chat, social media). Handle orders, shipping, returns/exchanges, product guidance, and coordinate with production/operations. Requirements: excellent spoken/written English, 1–2 years’ customer support experience (e‑commerce preferred), strong problem-solving, multitasking, patient positive attitude. Full-time, in-person role serving USA, UK, Canada, Australia.
