Job Description
We seek a seasoned Country Head of Restaurants to lead national operations, drive growth, and ensure profitability across our restaurant portfolio. You will set strategic direction, uphold brand standards, and build high-performing teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Oversee multi-site operations and full P&L responsibility
- Lead expansion planning, vendor and stakeholder relations, cost control, and compliance
- Align marketing and operations to achieve performance targets
- Develop talent and promote a culture of excellence
Requirements: 10+ years in food & beverage leadership with demonstrable commercial results, strong people-management and strategic planning skills, excellent communication, bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
