Job Description
Sharp Brains seeks a full-time, in-person CSR to support US timings. Walk-in interviews: Nov 20, 21, 24 & 25, 7–9 PM. Female hires receive pick-and-drop after onboarding. Graduates are welcome.
- Requirements: bachelor’s degree, fluent English, MS Excel & Word, self-motivated.
- Key duties: develop sales, assign and monitor loads, send shipment updates, maintain BOL/POD and records, and optimize truck-load matches.
- Preferred: experience in trucking sales/dispatch and familiarity with load boards/TMS.
- Salary: Rs45,00–60,00 (freshers); Rs50,00–80,00 (experienced).
