Job Description
At-Desk PVT LTD is hiring a full-time, in-person Customer Service Representative to support UK customers in Bahadurabad. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, following communication scripts, engaging customers via voice, chat, and other platforms, identifying needs, providing solutions, managing customer accounts, maintaining organized conversation records, and performing data entry as required.
- Requirements: international call center experience, confident spoken English, strong listening and multitasking skills, and solid computer and internet proficiency.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday with alternate Saturdays, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM. Salary: Rs40,00–45,00 per month. Please review the compensation package before applying.
