Job Description
Sehar Foods is seeking a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee product inspections, identify and report defects, and coordinate corrective actions with production teams. The role requires maintaining precise QC records and SKU tracking, documenting and recommending process improvements, and supporting the development and implementation of QA plans. Conduct daily quality rounds covering hygiene, packing, filling, and production to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, clear reporting skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively to drive continuous improvement and ensure reliable product quality.
