Job Description
We seek a responsible, energetic Telephone Operator and Data Feeder to join our team. The ideal candidate will communicate clearly, manage calls professionally, and maintain accurate records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls; maintain call logs
- Enter, update, and verify data with high accuracy
- Provide support to customers and internal teams; protect confidentiality
- Perform general administrative duties as required
Requirements: secondary or bachelor’s degree preferred; proficiency in English and Urdu; MS Office skills; fast, accurate typing; ability to multitask under pressure; customer-oriented demeanor.
Full-time, on-site. Salary: Rs45,00–Rs55,00/month. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities provided.
