Job Description

Jobizon HR Solutions seeks a skilled Truck Dispatcher with direct Amazon Load Board experience to coordinate freight movements across the United States. The successful candidate will understand Amazon Relay workflows, load cadence, and compliance, and will keep trucks moving efficiently.

• Manage, book, assign, and monitor Amazon loads across multiple lanes
• Communicate with drivers and Amazon support to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
• Track load progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records of loads, rates, and schedules
• Optimize routes to maximize revenue and minimize downtime

Requirements: proven Amazon load dispatch experience (mandatory), strong communication and multitasking skills, familiarity with U.S. lanes and freight patterns, and basic knowledge of ELD systems and transportation regulations. Compensation based on experience. Full-time, on-site.
