Job Description
Mars BPO seeks Lead Closing Executives to manage leads, verify details, and independently close sales. Responsibilities include outbound calling, confirming customer information, presenting offerings, overcoming objections, finalizing sales, and maintaining accurate records.
- Requirements: strong verbal persuasion, confidence, self-driven, target-oriented; sales or call-center experience preferred; able to work with minimal supervision.
- Shift & Location: Night 7:00 PM–5:00 AM; 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, near Avari Towers, Civil Lines, Karachi. In-person; full-time, entry-level.
- Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs65,00/month plus performance incentives; growth opportunities and a collaborative environment.
