Job Description
Ibex is seeking a full-time, on-site International Customer Services Specialist based in the Karachi Division. The role involves managing customer inquiries via phone and email, troubleshooting issues, providing accurate product and service information, escalating complex cases, and maintaining precise CRM records.
- Responsibilities: handle inbound inquiries, resolve problems, document interactions, and coordinate escalations.
- Qualifications: excellent communication and problem-solving skills, CRM experience, strong organization and multitasking abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Education: high school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Position: 6-month contract. Salary: Rs65,00–Rs115,00 per month.
