Job Description
Sensible BPO seeks full-time Mortgage Customer Service Representatives for our US/UK mortgage campaign in Rawalpindi (onsite). Positions cover day and night shifts aligned with US/UK hours. Representatives will manage inbound and outbound mortgage calls, verify documentation, maintain CRM records, liaise with borrowers and lenders, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Requirements: strong English (neutral or US/UK accent preferred), excellent listening and attention to detail, basic computer and CRM skills.
- Experience in mortgages or call centers is advantageous; exceptional fresh candidates with strong English are welcome.
