Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to coordinate daily operations, manage documentation, and support cross-functional teams. Key duties include contacting stakeholders to obtain missing editions, confirming content delivery, maintaining Excel records, preparing operational reports, leading daily progress meetings, and completing assigned tasks.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 2–3 years of operations experience; excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and multitasking skills; MS Office proficiency; ability to work independently and in a team.
