Job Description
Full-time Sales Operations lead responsible for an assigned territory. You will meet targets by developing and implementing field sales plans, managing distributors and customers, and ensuring effective in-store execution of channel and category strategies at point of purchase. Maintain timely, accurate reporting and adhere to company policies.
- Key duties: monitor KPIs, support distributor operations, and drive in-store activations.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business; 1–2 years of sales experience with proven KPI delivery; familiarity with channel and category sales development, CRM, and distribution handling.
