Job Description

Appcrates seeks an experienced AI Voice Engineer to design, build, and integrate AI-powered voice agents using Twilio and Vapi. This full-time, on-site position is responsible for managing conversational workflows, call routing, and real-time data synchronization with CRMs.

• Integrate Twilio Voice, Studio, and Programmable APIs; develop webhooks and backend services.
• Build and optimize conversational flows and call automation; connect agents to GHL and HubSpot.
• Monitor call quality, scheduling, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable performance.
• Required: proven experience with Vapi or similar AI voice platforms (GPT/VAPI), strong API/backend development skills, and the ability to work independently to deliver fast, reliable solutions.
