Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is seeking a full-time Customer Support Officer. Minimum qualification: intermediate education. The successful candidate will manage and process support tickets, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Schedule: 8-hour rotational shifts (morning, evening, night)
- Requirements: basic English, strong verbal and written communication, ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations, flexibility for all shifts
- Familiarity with social media tools and adherence to customer service ethics required
- Salary: Rs40,00–Rs45,00 per month; on-site position
