Brickclay is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Associate to win Upwork projects and generate leads via LinkedIn and email. This full-time, in-person role offers Rs60,00–Rs70,00 per month.
- Responsibilities: daily Upwork bidding with tailored proposals; targeted LinkedIn outreach and timely follow-ups; cold and warm email campaigns; maintain and manage a steady sales pipeline; track leads and conversions; collaborate with internal teams to craft accurate pitches.
- Requirements: proven lead-generation experience; strong Upwork bidding record; excellent written English; hands-on LinkedIn outreach skills; basic email marketing and funnel knowledge.
