Job Description
My Digital People is seeking a Client Success Executive to serve as the primary contact for international clients via phone, email, and live chat. The role involves handling outbound calls, resolving and escalating issues, maintaining accurate records, and reporting client feedback.
- Requirements: British accent; Bachelor’s degree; 2+ years on international campaigns; customer service/call center experience.
- Skills: excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities; must work onsite during UK business hours; full-time, in-person position.
- Compensation: Rs 80,00–120,00/month plus annual incentives. Supportive workplace culture.
