Job Description
Star Fabrics seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead all HR operations. Responsibilities include administering HR policies, managing recruitment and selection, refining hiring processes, and monitoring HR metrics such as turnover and cost-per-hire. The role also oversees attendance and payroll, maintains HRIS and employee records, addresses employee grievances, conducts exit interviews, sets objectives for the HR team, reviews departmental budgets, and ensures timely responses to employee requests.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources (or equivalent) with 8–10 years of HR experience. Full-time, on-site. Compensation: Rs100,00–Rs120,00 per month.
