Job Description
Trans Global Services is seeking an onsite Telesales Representative for outbound international campaigns (night shift). Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of telesales experience are preferred. Key duties include making outbound calls, presenting services clearly, building rapport, handling objections, converting leads, and logging interactions in the CRM to meet daily call and revenue objectives.
- Excellent spoken and listening skills in English
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and basic computer skills
- Willingness to work night shifts and meet sales targets
