Job Description
Spark Scale is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to support our business development efforts. The successful candidate will:
- Monitor Upwork daily for opportunities in Web Development, Digital Marketing, and SEO.
- Compose customized, persuasive proposals and manage initial client communications.
- Coordinate interviews with our technical team and optimize agency/individual Upwork profiles.
- Maintain daily records of bids, responses, interviews, and conversion rates to meet targets independently.
Requirements: proven Upwork bidding experience, excellent written English, solid understanding of Upwork strategies and client behavior, and the ability to work autonomously to achieve daily goals.
