Job Description
We are seeking an Account Executive to cultivate U.S. client relationships, manage full‑cycle recruitment, and drive revenue growth. Key duties include identifying and engaging U.S.-based clients, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring compliance with hiring regulations.
- 2–5 years of experience in staffing or sales
- Strong consultative selling and written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems
- Target-driven, organized, and able to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
