Job Description
Kiran Foundation is hiring a full-time First Grade Teacher to deliver student-centered instruction and ensure a safe, hygienic classroom. Lead engaging morning circle time, implement PBSS rewards, and maintain discipline and manners. Develop and submit weekly lesson plans, track academic progress, and maintain student files.
- Create creative activities and classroom displays; promote reading and library use.
- Communicate with parents, providing weekly updates every Saturday (MYT).
- Supervise lunch and playtime, prepare assemblies and field trips, and provide backup worksheets.
- Attend trainings and participate in learning walks.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of teaching experience.
