Job Description
We seek a MEAL Officer to lead monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning for localized emergency response programs. The role involves designing data collection tools, conducting rapid assessments, analyzing outcomes, and maintaining community feedback mechanisms to inform adaptive programming.
- Develop and manage quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis.
- Ensure timely, high-quality reporting in English and alignment with localization principles.
- Coordinate with field teams and partners to support evidence-based program adjustments.
