Job Description

Golden Pearl Cosmetics (Pvt.) Ltd seeks an Area Sales Manager for Gujarat. Full-time, in-person role. Pay: Rs90,00–Rs120,00/month. Required: 8+ years sales experience in FMCG, preferably cosmetics; bachelor’s preferred. Responsibilities include meeting primary and secondary sales targets across metro and rural channels, credit management, and developing channel-wise sales strategies. Lead distribution, warehousing (FIFO, pallets, stacking, cleanliness), and trade force infrastructure. Plan brand positioning, coach and train the team, allocate area potential and SO contributions, represent sales in meetings, monitor trade assets with accurate records, take initiative to drive timely business growth, and provide on-the-job guidance to meet targets and deadlines.
