Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Team Leader to oversee our customer support team and ensure the effective resolution of customer inquiries. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring service standards, coordinating with internal departments, and managing communications related to orders, returns, complaints, and escalations. You will also be tasked with maintaining reports on service KPIs and coaching team members to provide outstanding service.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, along with 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a supervisory role, preferably within the E-Commerce sector. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Location: Gajju Matah, Lahore. Job Type: Full-time. Salary: Rs60,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month.
