Job Description
Job Purpose: The MTO-Accounts Receivable position is a developmental role aimed at enhancing receivables operations, optimizing cash flow, and managing customer relationships. Trainees will acquire expertise in invoicing, collections, credit management, and automation of accounts receivable systems, with opportunities for rotation in related finance functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate and distribute accurate invoices through ERP systems.
- Resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with sales and customer service teams.
- Monitor aging reports and conduct follow-ups with customers regarding overdue payments.
- Record payments accurately to customer accounts and reconcile remittances.
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and maintain updated customer records.
Skills Required: Candidates must possess strong analytical, accounting, and organizational skills to effectively support financial operations.
Position Qualifications: ACCA Part Qualified, MBA, M.Com, BBA, CA Inter, or ACMA Inter.
