Job Description

Jalal Sons is seeking a committed and organized Receptionist to provide support to our CEO/Director. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities and meeting schedules, managing the company emails during the CEO’s absence, and ensuring effective communication among administrative personnel. Key duties include sending meeting reminders, consolidating weekly reports from various departments, and handling all telephone inquiries by directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
