Job Description
IBSTEC is seeking a Team Lead – Sales to drive our healthcare recruitment efforts in the UK. This pivotal role involves leading a proactive sales team while fostering strong relationships with healthcare clients based in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide a sales team to meet and exceed performance objectives.
- Establish and maintain robust client partnerships.
- Analyze staffing requirements and implement tailored strategies.
- Enhance revenue growth through strategic client acquisition.
- Work collaboratively to ensure timely recruitment placements.
Location: Lahore, Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
