Job Description
Vormand (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Sales Officer to join our team in a full-time capacity for a USA-based campaign. Your primary responsibilities will include staying informed about industry trends, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and cultivating strong client relationships. You will play a crucial role in achieving and surpassing sales targets while providing outstanding customer service.
Ideal candidates will have proven experience in chat support, excellent communication abilities, and expertise in CRM tools. The position requires a night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM and offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs80,00.00 per month.
