Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, payroll management, and training & development initiatives.
- Full-time role dedicated to managing operations for a US-based call center.
- Address recruitment inquiries both online and in-person.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Management.
- At least 2 years of HR experience required.
- Ability to multitask during daylight hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva, with excellent communication skills.
