Job Description
Virtoxed is in pursuit of a skilled Customer Support Representative with a proven track record in converting insurance leads via phone. The ideal candidate will excel in building rapport, adeptly managing objections, and transforming warm leads into insured clients. This role requires a proactive approach — it goes beyond merely adhering to a script.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make calls and follow up on pre-qualified insurance leads
- Engage clients in genuine conversations
- Evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
- Handle objections with professionalism
- Close leads or transfer to licensed agents as necessary
What We Offer: A base salary between 70,00 – 80,00 PKR, in addition to bonuses.
