Job Description
Join BroadPeak Technologies as a Client Success & Support Specialist! In this pivotal role, you will lead client onboarding sessions, ensuring a smooth transition to our innovative tools. You’ll conduct comprehensive product walkthroughs and provide detailed training on essential functionalities.
Your responsibilities will include responding to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone, diagnosing issues, and efficiently managing support tickets until resolution. Building and nurturing strong client relationships is crucial for enhancing retention and satisfaction.
This position also requires maintaining accurate records of client interactions, generating reports on client concerns, and collaborating across teams to improve the client experience.
