Job Description
FiveRivers Technologies is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to elevate and strengthen our partnerships with international clients. In this pivotal client-facing role, you will be the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, timely updates, and high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include managing client interactions, conducting weekly check-ins, monitoring project progress, and transforming feedback into actionable tasks. A strong set of interpersonal skills and a confident demeanor are essential, complemented by a solid technical understanding of product development.
Location: Gulberg II or DHA Business Hub, Phase VII, Lahore.
