Job Description
Become an integral part of Shahnawaz Pvt Limited as an HR Associate, where you will significantly contribute to improving employee engagement and retention. Your primary responsibilities will include crafting job descriptions, overseeing employee assignments, managing task reassignments, and developing engagement initiatives. Additionally, you will assess exit interview insights and establish key performance indicators focused on talent retention.
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant HR experience. Excellent communication skills and the capability to work independently are vital for this role.
The starting salary is Rs60,00.00 per month, accompanied by additional benefits.
