Job Description
Max International is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR – Organizational Development Executive to become an integral part of our team. In this position, you will support various organizational development initiatives, including employee engagement surveys and training programs, while enhancing the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating OD projects and facilitating employee engagement activities.
- Participate in performance management processes and maintain accurate records.
- Support the coordination and evaluation of training programs.
- Generate HR reports and analytics utilizing Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ensure clear communication and effective implementation of HR policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or Organizational Development preferred.
