Job Description

Faisal Movers Express (FMX) is looking for a dedicated and responsible Retail Sales Executive to manage daily operations at our cargo terminal located in Taj Complex, Malir, Sohrabgoth. The ideal candidate will interact with walk-in customers, facilitate the booking and dispatching of shipments, and ensure the smooth operation of our cargo sales and dispatch services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers at the cargo sales counter.
• Provide information on services, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Accurately book shipments and prepare necessary documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with dispatch and warehouse staff.
• Resolve customer complaints while maintaining sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum Intermediate or Graduation; 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred; strong communication skills; basic computer knowledge.
