Job Description

eForce Solutions is actively searching for a driven and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Business Development Executive. This full-time, onsite role requires night shift availability from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, particularly in international markets, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in international markets.
• Manage leads and develop effective outbound strategies.
• Maintain and update CRM and sales pipeline.
• Work collaboratively with teams to exceed client expectations.
• Achieve KPIs and contribute to overall revenue goals.

The salary for this position ranges from PKR 70,00 to 100,00, depending on experience.
