Job Description
Job Purpose: We are seeking a dedicated Production and Merchandising Manager to oversee the production operations for men’s, women’s, and kids’ apparel. This role is crucial for ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering effective collaboration between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily production processes, ensuring a seamless workflow and adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate efforts among cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing departments.
- Uphold quality standards and address operational challenges promptly.
- Serve as a point of contact between buyers, production staff, and quality assurance teams.
- Maintain precise production tracking and prepare status reports.

Compensation: Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
