Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include preparing tender documents, conducting thorough cost analyses, and managing project budgets to optimize financial performance. Collaborating closely with project managers, architects, and clients, you will provide precise cost estimates and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.
To qualify, candidates must have excellent analytical and communication skills, along with a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
